Autocad Operator - HVAC (Venezuelan Candidates Only)

Responsible for all company project documentation. Documentation includes but is not limited to communication system layouts, cabling test records, floor plans, rack elevation drawings, and patch panel records. Required to learn and fully comprehend both ISO requirements and regulations, building codes and permit requirements for all projects. Preparation of preliminary drawings for bid purposes and board presentations. Prepare drafting layouts for new projects, redraws/redlines of original plans and layout changes and ensures that all detailed information is reflected on the final draft. Prepare draft architectural drawing list schedule, correspondences and other related data Maintains a personal log of job numbers, dates worked on, and status of job. This information will be given to the Manager on a weekly basis and as a way to update the Design Tracking System. Analyse plans and suggest revisions, if any. Enters comments if needed within the Design Tracking System to document progress of job and also any complications in the preparation of plans for permits and or construction and inform the appropriate departments. Ensure that the Drafting Checklist is completed and that all the required components are indicated on the construction plans. Check print for ISO requirements.

Minimum 5 Years experience, preferably in Gulf Countries. Good Experience/knowledge in Microstation- Version Java.7 and Autocad-Version2006). Knowledge of MS Word, Excel will be an added advantage. Excellent command over English language. Thorough knowledge related to the HVAC design & work.
